Mayo Construction installed a new front entrance way, re-shingled the house, re-trimmed the original windows, installed new brick/stone front steps and re-painted the entire house. Tony (owner) is extremely courteous, professional and reliable. The work was carried out to time and budget and the results were excellent. We have been settled in our remodeled home since early Summer and we could not be happier with how everything come out. We love the extra space, the layout and all the details throughout the house. We hosted a Xmas party this past weekend for a large group of friends and we received so many compliments! I’ve always wanted to throw big parties and the work that Tony and his crew did allowed me to do just that! I am so appreciative of the partnership Tony showed us throughout this whole project. Mayo Construction did an addition on our 1930-era house that roughly doubled its size, but the addition dovetails very nicely with the original house. More recently we hired Mayo a second time to completely gut and renovate two bedrooms in the old part of the house. In both cases Tony and his men did a terrific job, they stuck to the timetable for completing each phase of the work, and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. Tony is easy to work with and is a very creative problem solver. We would highly recommend Mayo and Tony. Note: The project cost listed in the survey is the combined cost of both projects. We recently had renovations done by Mayo Construction. We are very pleased with the work that was done. Enjoyed working with Tony Walsh who was helpful in making decisions regarding materials to use. The workers were great, and kept their work areas clean. Would definitely hire Mayo construction in the future if the need arises.
